Rechargeable lighting does not have one universal document package. File availability varies with the product, battery, charger, plug, labels and destination market. BAIFEI reviews what is available after the buyer confirms these requirements.
Documents that may be requested
- CE and RoHS files where applicable to the requested European-market configuration
- FCC files where applicable to the requested electronic product for the United States
- UN38.3 and MSDS files for the selected rechargeable battery where available
- Product specifications, dimensions, labels, manuals and packaging references
- Charger and plug files when these items are included in the requested configuration

- Incoming component verification
- Battery, charging and protection checks
- Lighting output, mode and runtime sampling
- Assembly, appearance and accessory inspection
- Packaging, barcode, carton-mark and shipment sampling
During a project discussion, buyers can request the report identifiers, scope and current status of available files. Final applicability should be independently confirmed for the agreed product and destination market.
