PRODUCTION CHECKPOINTS

A visible control path from parts to shipment.

The approved sample and written specification form the baseline for production, inspection and packing.

Incoming material review

Housing, LED, battery, cable, switch and packaging materials are checked against the approved specification.

Assembly function check

Charging, switches, light modes, indicators and selected accessory functions are checked during assembly.

Aging & charging review

Configured products complete the applicable charging, discharge and aging checks before packing.

Appearance & label review

Housing finish, logo, rating label, manual, retail box and carton marks are compared with approved artwork.

Final sampling inspection

Finished-goods sampling and shipment-file review are completed against the confirmed order requirements.
