These terms apply to use of baifeilighting.com, requests for quotation and online sample orders placed with Foshan BAIFEI Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. A signed quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or order confirmation may contain additional product-specific terms; where they conflict with this page, the signed or expressly accepted written terms control.
1. Business enquiries and quotations
Website prices, specifications, lead times and availability are indicative until we confirm the exact model, colour, battery, accessories, packaging, certification scope, quantity, destination and delivery terms in writing. Quotations are intended for business buyers unless we expressly agree otherwise.
2. Prices and currency
All prices shown on this website are in USD. Unless a page or written quotation states otherwise, tier prices are FOB Foshan, exclude international shipping, duty and VAT, and remain valid for 15 days only. Bank charges, destination fees, taxes and customs costs are not included unless stated in writing.
3. Online sample orders
Online sample orders are limited to 10 units per model. You must select the required colour or configuration before adding a sample to the cart. A sample order is not approval of bulk production specifications; bulk orders require separate written confirmation.
4. Shipping and delivery
International freight for sample orders is confirmed separately before dispatch unless checkout expressly includes it. Delivery dates are estimates until shipment is accepted by the carrier. Import clearance, duty, VAT and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the written order terms say otherwise.
5. Order acceptance and payment
An automated cart or payment acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may contact you to resolve unavailable configurations, freight, payment review or obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Bulk production begins only after the agreed deposit or payment condition and specifications are confirmed.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the order stage, any customization or production already started, committed materials, payment charges and shipment status. No automatic refund is promised for custom goods or dispatched business orders except where required by applicable mandatory law or agreed in writing.
7. Inspection and claims
Please inspect goods promptly after receipt. If an item is damaged, incorrect or materially differs from the confirmed specification, send the order reference, photos or video, quantity affected and packaging evidence to us promptly. We will assess the evidence and the applicable written order terms before proposing a remedy.
8. Product information and compliance
Images and technical data are provided for sourcing review and may change with configuration. Certificates and test files are reviewed by model and configuration; their scope must be confirmed before they are used for a target market or claim. Buyers remain responsible for confirming destination-market requirements.
9. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website copy, images, layout and brand materials may not be republished or used to misrepresent an authorization, certification or commercial relationship. You may download ordinary product information for genuine sourcing evaluation.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
